Ideal Weight Loss Phases

Phase 1
Followed until 90% of your weight loss GOAL is achieved.
Phase 1 consists of 
Three Ideal Protein packets per day
+vegetables
+unlimited lettuce
+additional protein of choice

Phase 2
Followed until your weight loss GOAL is achieved
(minimum 2 weeks)
Phase 2 is essentially the same as Phase-1 except that we REPLACE the lunchtime ideal protein food with an additional meal of your choice.
Two Ideal Protein packets per day
+vegetables
+unlimited lettuce
+additional protein of choice

Phase 3
14 day GRADUAL reintroduction of healthy carbohydrates and fats
(in morning only)

Phase 4
MAINTAIN your new body shape and health while appropriately reintroducing those pleasure and reward foods that you love.
